Refund and Returns Policy for Used Horse Trailers LLC
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the horse trailer must be unused since purchase and in the same condition as when received. All original documentation and accessories must be included.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Trailers that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery
- Trailers sold “as-is” or marked as final sale
- Custom-ordered trailers
- Any trailer with missing parts or documentation
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases, such as:
- Trailers with minor, documented defects not disclosed at the time of sale
- Returns missing minor accessories
Return Process
To complete a return, you must provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). Do not return the trailer to the manufacturer; contact us directly to arrange the return.

- Shipping or transport costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
